Using Machine learning to Identify cancer-driving mutations

Researchers examine whether machine learning can locate pan-cancer mutational hotspots at persistent CCCTC-binding factor (P-CTCF) binding sites (P-CTCFBSs) in a recent study that was published in the journal Nucleic Acids Research. Cancer and CTCF Mutations affecting the CTCF-binding site affect CTCF, a transcription- and nuclear architecture-regulating protein found in non-coding DNA.
